$50 first visit –

$150 each successive visit –
- The mediation contract must be signed by both parties
- Involves discrete meetings with predetermined agenda.
- Both parties must attend.
The total cost will depend on how quickly the parties reach an agreement. A minimum of five sessions with the mediator and three meetings with the specialists, and including filing costs charged by the court, and the cost of one hour of final document review by a representing attorney to be filed, would approximate $1,500 in total.
Full Representation
Hourly Rates –
$200 per hour or more depending on the difficulty of the case.
Retainer up front required –
$2,000 for basic divorce
$2,500 for complex divorce
Client is expected to replenish the retainer as needed, monthly billings.
Limited Representation
Specific tasks are contracted –
Hourly rate $100-$150 depending on difficulty
